​Geromax-HUB has production lines that enable it to compete while maintaining the quality that meets the needs of the Egyptian market according to Egyptian and International standards, with a production capacity that ensures adherence to the schedule for supplying the required quantities.

The company also has a quality laboratory equipped with machines for quality standards, whether for raw materials or final products, to test stress and absorption, with a balanced work plan to continuously monitor quality to ensure the preservation of product quality and compliance with the required specifications.

All products conform to Egyptian specifications for the year 20041-4382 and American ATSMC936.

We rely on the best raw materials in manufacturing while applying the highest manufacturing standards: Ordinary Portland cement grade 52.5 or white cement, Sifted sand free from impurities conforming to Egyptian specifications, Gradated dolomitic aggregate conforming to Egyptian specifications.

Oxide is added in the case of required colors (red - black - yellow).

The components are mixed in an automatic mixing unit in addition to digital balances for automatic manufacturing, and then they are assembled automatically on wooden pallets.
